The chapter ring is the ring around the outer edge of the dial, usually carrying its markings, so changing it changes the face without changing the dial. Every ring here is made for one watch, so choose your watch first.

- SKX007 & SRPD: 30.5mm outside and 27.7mm inside, apart from the angled rings. Micro marker, GMT, 05-60, laser etched and lumed rings.
- Seiko 5 GMT (SSK): for the SSK001, SSK003 and SSK005, in colours, finishes and engraved.
- SKX013: 28.4mm across, standard at 24.4mm inside or slim at 26.2mm.

A GMT ring carries 24-hour markers for a GMT hand, so it belongs on a GMT build such as the NH34. The GMT rings here are made for the SKX007 and SRPD, and for the SRPE. The SSK rings are made for the Seiko 5 GMT itself: the SSK001, SSK003 and SSK005.
