Thank you for purchasing products from Watches and Style Enterprise. We always make sure that our product has the highest quality at a very affordable price.

Warranty and Refund

  • Please let us know immediately if you received damage products. Please note that we will not replace any products that damage during installation. You can email us at sales@watchandstyle.net and we will try to attend to your concerns immediately.
  • In case of wrong item purchase or change of mind (assuming the orders are not yet ship) We will issue refund less the 10% fees incurred in the transaction. This is non negotiable. 
  • We will not issue any refund due to customs delay.
  • Let us know if your order don't arrive after 30 days. We will coordinate with our Local Post office regarding the status of your orders.

  • In any case that there will be order cancellation request (wrong order, double order) as long as the items are not yet ship. We will process the refund less 10% of the total order amount.
  • Incase the items was already shipped out.
    • Customer must ship back the item/s at customer's expense, once the  items is received. We will process the refund.
    • We will process refund less the 10% processing fees and shipping fee.
    • We will not refund any shipping cost incurred in the orders once ship out. 
  • We will not issue any refund due to customs delay.
  • Let us know if your order don't arrive after 30 days. We will coordinate with selected courrier regarding the status of your orders. 
  • Abandoned parcels are not eligible for any refund or reshipment.
