Shipping & Delivery

For EU customers, for orders under €200, we offer the option to prepay the VAT using IOSS via Standard Mail only. For Express shipping (FedEx or DHL), customers will be responsible for paying any VAT or customs duties upon arrival at local customs. Please note that additional import duties may apply for orders above €200. Feel free to email us if you have any questions.

Domestic

For orders within the NCR and Rizal areas in the Philippines, we can ship via Lalamove. For provincial orders, we ship via LBC. Customers will shoulder the delivery fee for Lalamove.

International

Standard Shipping

We use standard mail shipping with tracking numbers, provided immediately once available. Free shipping is available for orders over PHP 3000 (approximately US$52). We use Asendia Select and Quantium Solutions for standard mail, with a shipping lead time of 3-4 weeks.

Express International Shipping

We mainly use FedEx for express shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We also offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for orders over PHP 10,000 (approximately US$175).

If you wish to use a specific courier, please leave a message in the note box during checkout.

Shipping Lead Time

• Standard Mail: 2-4 weeks once dispatched. Note that our standard shipping option has one outbound flight per week (every Thursday). We can provide the tracking number immediately, but expect updates once shipped out.
• Express Shipping: 2-3 days for Asia, and 3-5 days for the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.

We highly recommend selecting express shipping to avoid delays, especially for high-volume orders.
