Important Information for EU Customers – VAT & Import Duties

Please note the following options regarding VAT and import duties for European orders:

📮 Standard Mail Shipping (IOSS)
We have resumed processing VAT payments through IOSS.
Once your order is received, we’ll send you an email with the final VAT amount for confirmation before processing.

🚚 Express Shipping (DHL or FedEx)
If you choose express shipping, we’ll contact you via email with instructions on how to prepay VAT and duties using the DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) option.

💡 Optional VAT Prepayment
Prepaying VAT is entirely optional. You may also choose to settle VAT and customs duties directly with your local customs office when your parcel arrives.

Please note that we do not charge VAT, import duties, or taxes on our website. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and depend on the import regulations of your country.
