An OEM dial is the one Seiko fitted at the factory, not an aftermarket copy. The genuine Seiko SRPD55 dial is taken from a brand-new SRPD55: matte black, with Seiko's Lumibrite lume. It's the piece to reach for on a restoration project, or on a Seiko mod where you want the original face and custom parts around it.

About Its Condition
Because the SRPD55 dial was removed from a watch, its textured face may show light marks at the edge, where the chapter ring sat, and at the centre, where the hands came off.
