Shipping

How long can you ship the product?

  • For domestic shipping.
    • Next day shipping. We will send tracking number once available. You can track your order here.
  • International Shipping
    • We will ship orders 1-3 days once payment has been confirmed.

Shipping Duration

  • Local Shipping: 1-2 Days Shipping for Metromanila and 1-5 Days outside Metromanila.
  • International Shipping
    • We use Standard Registered Mail
    • Delivery will take 20-30 Days (sometimes much faster) depending on the country of destination. 

 Do you provide tracking number?

    • Yes, we will send tracking number once available.
    • Standard mail has only one flight per week (Thursday). All orders from Wednesday - Tuesday of the following week will be

We will no longer use DHL eCommerce starting October 21, 2021. All orders place prior to October 21 you can use this site to track your orders. DHL eCommerce

     What are the shipping options and shipping rate?

      • For domestic orders we ship orders via LBC and Lalamove.
      • International orders we will ship orders via registered mail. For expedite shipping please select DHL or Fedex as the shipping courier at the checkout.
      • We offer FREE shipping via DHL eCommerce for orders  PHP2500 - PHP2800 (approx. US$50 - US$60) and above.
      • Shipping cost will depend on the country of destination.

     We try to provide cheaper, safer and faster shipping method for our customers.

     Who will shoulder customs duties?

      • Buyers are responsible for any customs obligations in the receiving country if there’s any.
      • Please note that we will not be held liable for delays due to customs inspections in the receiving country and we will not issue any refund due to customs delay.
      • Note that we need to put the value of the parcel for customs declaration. If you have any special request kindly email us or message us on our Facebook Page

    Products Compatibility

    • How would I know if parts that I am planning to order is compatible with my watch?
      • We are trying our best to give the full description and measure of products that we are selling. If by chance we missed any details that you need to know kindly email us or send us a message in our Facebook page or Instagram account.
    • Is the Rotating Bezel comes with gasket?
      • Yes, it has pre installed gasket. If you need some extra gasket for SKX007 rotating bezel you can purchase it here.
    • Are your parts compatible with other sellers?
      • Some may not be compatible. To avoid incompatibility we highly recommend that you purchase the complete set from us. Example: Bezel Insert + Coin Bezel + Glass.

    Payment

    • Aside from PayPal, we are also accepting Visa and Mastercard via Paymongo.
    • For domestic orders we are now accepting payment via Gcash. 

    Warranty and Refund

    • Please let us know immediately if you received damage products. Please note that we will not replace any products that damage during installation. You can email us at sales@watchandstyle.net and we will try to attend to your concerns immediately.
    • In any case that there will be order cancellation request (wrong order, double order) as long as the items are not yet ship. We will process the refund less 10% of the total order amount.
    • Incase the items was already shipped out.
      • Customer must ship back the item/s at customer's expense, once the return items is received. We will process the refund.
      • We will process refund less the 10% processing fees and shipping fee.
      • We will not refund any shipping cost incurred in the orders once ship out. 
    • We will not issue any refund due to customs delay.
    • Let us know if your order don't arrive after 30 days. We will coordinate with selected courrier regarding the status of your orders.
