Shipping & Delivery


For Philippine order within NCR and RIZAL area, we can ship orders via LALAMOVE. For provincial orders we ship order via LBC. For LALAMOVE Delivery customer will shoulder the delivery fee.


Standard Shipping

We use standard mail shipping with tracking number. Tracking number will be provided immediately once available. Free shipping is available with minimum orders of PHP3000. (Approx. US$60.) We change our standard mail shipping carrier to Sweden Post. Shipping rates for the standard mail increased but we still subsidize free shipping for standard mail with a minimum purchase.

Express International Shipping

We use FEDEX and DHL Express for express shipping***Depending on the country of destination. We are still heavily subsidizing express shipping. Free shipping on orders above PHP10,000 (US$207) and 50% shipping discount on orders PHP7000 (US$140 – US$200).

Shipping Lead Time.

For Standard Mail shipping lead time will be 2-4 weeks once dispatch. Please do take note that we standard shipping options only has one outbound flight per week. (every Thursday). We can provide the tracking number immediately but expect an update once ship out.

Express shipping will take around 2-3 days for Asia and 3-5 days for USA, Europe and Middle East.

We highly recommend selecting express shipping to avoid delays and for high volume orders.

Warranty and Refund

  • Please let us know immediately if you received damage products. Please note that we will not replace any products that damage during installation. You can email us at and we will try to attend to your concerns immediately.
  • In any case that there will be order cancellation request (wrong order, double order) as long as the items are not yet ship. We will process the refund less 10% of the total order amount.
  • Incase the items was already shipped out.
    • Customer must ship back the item/s at customer's expense, once the  items is received. We will process the refund.
    • We will process refund less the 10% processing fees and shipping fee.
    • We will not refund any shipping cost incurred in the orders once ship out. 
  • We will not issue any refund due to customs delay.
  • Let us know if your order don't arrive after 30 days. We will coordinate with selected courrier regarding the status of your orders. 
  • Abandoned parcels are not eligible for any refund or reshipment.
