A white bezel inverts the usual arrangement — the ground is the bright part and the markings are the dark ones — so the watch reads lighter from across a room without a single other component changing. This is the SKX track, so a dot sits at every one of the sixty minutes rather than the graduation stopping at fifteen, and the triangle at 12 is solid black with no pip in it. Flat profile at 38mm, so it goes into the bezel you already have.
