Vintage Sub means a track stripped back to almost nothing: batons at every five minutes, numerals from ten, and no marks at all in the gaps — no minute dots, no graduated first quarter. In black on white that leaves a lot of bare ceramic between the markings, and it is the reason to pick this one over the other white inserts in the range. Fitting it is a bezel job, so the crystal, dial and hands stay where they are.
