A black sterile insert is the one that takes a decision away rather than adding one — with no scale to argue with the dial, the bezel reads as a continuation of the case and the eye goes straight past it to the face. Polished rather than matte, so it keeps a highlight along the slope and doesn't go flat next to a brushed case. The bezel it goes into is the one your SKX007 or SRPD mod already has, and this ceramic bezel insert is the only part of the build that changes.
