Gold case cover options match the RC0868, a gold 62mas conversion case for original Seiko SKX007 and SKX009 parts: the C0721 sterile gold, the C0555 gold sapphire, or the case on its own. Its gold is brushed on top and polished on the sides, over 316L stainless steel, with the crown at 3 o'clock. It shares its measurements with the silver RC0867 and rose gold RC0871, for a gold Seiko mod.
