It drops into the SKX007 / SKX009 / SKX011 bezel (and any rotating bezel of the same measurement), has an embossed lume pip at 12, and fits under the original SKX007 Hardlex crystal. Pair it with an SG005 flat sapphire crystal for a full refresh. Sold as the insert only.
