The arrow is dark rather than red, so the whole bezel insert stays a single tone and the dual-time function arrives without announcing itself — the quieter of the pair, and the one that suits a build already carrying colour elsewhere. A dot between each of the numerals 1 to 11 makes it a twelve-hour bezel rather than a timing one, which on a Turtle gives you a way to track a second hour by rotating the arrow against the hour hand. A straight swap into the rotating bezel on your Turtle mod.
