The bracelet is frankly well made with a lot of attention to details, however there is around 1mm play on the end links, which makes the bracelet jiggly. All in all happy with purchase. I would rate customer service 100/10, special thanks to Nico and Rina for checking every now and then shipping as there were some delays on the shipping company side!
